WOW! Watch what looks like sheer incompetence by Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers!

I don’t know what the officers saw that made them fire dozens of shots into the man’s rental car, but for multiple officers to fire dozens of shots, from just a few feet away, and only hit the guy 3 times? That is horrible marksmanship!! How does the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department find their officers, and are they even trained?

Seriously, I could pull 4 monkeys out of the zoo, give them guns, and I bet they would have a better hit percentage than these officers.

It’s actually a good thing that the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police officers are not good shots, or this man would have been killed. As it stands now, he will live, and for sure sue the shit out of everyone under the sun. I’m sure he will get a huge pay-day out of it – as he should, but if this was a justified shooting, and these “police officers” don’t go to prison, they should probably find a different job.
