Governor DeSantis Says Floridians Protesting In The Streets Are Liable For Their Own Injuries If They Are Hit

NICE!! Governor DeSantis says that Florida policy doesn’t offer protections under the law for people who are hit by cars while rioting in the street. This is the way that it should be! If you attack cars on the street, you have no protection from the law in Florida, and you are also very likely to be run over and badly injured, or killed in the process.

“We also have a policy that if you are driving on one of those streets, and a mob comes in and surrounds your vehicle, and threatens you, you have a right to flee for your safety. And so, if you drive off, and you hit one of these people, that’s their fault for impinging on you. You don’t have to sit there and just be a sitting duck, and let the mob grab you out of your car, and drag you through the streets. You have a right to defend yourself in Florida.” – Governor DeSantis

That’s good, because if anyone is ever in that situation, I would highly recommend considering your option to drive right through anyone who was a physical threat to you or the people in your vehicle, no matter what the law says. I’d rather answer to a jury of my peers than a mob of violent paid democrat criminals.

We may need to all start building these if the democrats ever take back the White House. (I’m actually a little let down by the Mad Max movies after seeing this clip, because they definitely should have had something like these!)
