FOX News Attacks Trump For Skipping Debate – 85 Percent May Skip FOX RNC Debate Without Trump
Not only will the FOX Network lose out on the viewers that would have watched, had Trump been on the stage, but the advertisers for the debate are going to be furious at FOX for allowing this to happen, and Donald Trump said that instead of attending the FOX News RNC Debate, he would instead host his own Iowa town hall to raise money for veterans, and added an additional blow to FOX by saying that he will let other networks cover it.
“My guess is that people who bought advertising time thinking that Donald Trump was going to be on the stage are going to be very disappointed when nobody decides to watch that GOP debate,” – Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski to George Stephanopoulos
Donald Trump warned that he might skip the FOX RNC debate if Megyn Kelly would be moderating the event, but FOX wanted to test The Donald, and ended up shooting themselves in the dick by not heeding his warnings, and instead releasing a snotty & childish press release about Trump, which made his decision to skip the FOX Debate an easy one.
“We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes president — a nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings.”
MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” host Joe Scarborough agrees with Trump’s decision to skip the FOX RNC Debate.
“First of all, a news organization that is going to run a debate provoking a candidate like that just is asking for it. Donald Trump, I will tell you, I would literally go to the center of Sixth Avenue and set myself on fire – set myself on fire before I stood on a debate stage with any news organization that did that statement. I would tell them to go to hell a lot faster than Donald Trump did. I’m not talking about Fox. I got a lot of friends at Fox. I love Fox. I know a lot of people at Fox are really twisted up about how this has gone down and how Megyn Kelly is somehow with Michael Moore taking over the network. They provoked him. They had to know.”
The media are used to dealing with nutless turd Obama, where you could call his bluff every time and win, just as most world leaders are currently doing, but Donald Trump is not as stupid and weak as Obama, and FOX’s stupid press released sealed their fate.
The brainless idiots at FOX only needed to replace Megyn Kelly with a different talking head, and all would be fine, but FOX wanted to test Trump, and said the network would not bow to Donald Trump’s “terrorizations”.
FOX knows that they are already the big loser in the fight with Trump, and they are scrambling to do everything they can to salvage a few viewers after a new poll on their network shows that around 85% of viewers will skip the next FOX debate if Donald Trump is not on the stage. OUCH! (I will be one of the 85% of viewers who skips watching the FOX RNC debate.)
Fox News CEO Roger Ailes has apparently even been trying to contact Ivanka and Melania Trump to see if his wife and daughter would try and convince The Donald to change his mind, and do the FOX RNC Debate – but to no avail.
Unfortunately for FOX, Donald Trump will be the winner in this situation because he can still fully engage in the debate questions on social media, and he will surely be appearing on other networks and shows, ripping FOX and Megyn Kelly to shreds, and making them look even worse than they already do.
Panic Time for FOX and GOP….
FOX News host Greta Van Susteren asked her conservative viewers if they will tune in to Thursday’s GOP debate now that Donald Trump has announced he will not participate.
83% of viewers said they WILL NOT watch the debate.
