Arkansas State Police Senior Cpl. Rodney Dunn should never again be in a position where he can use deadly force on more innocent people, who are only guilty of driving above the speed limit.

The lady was concerned for the safety of the officer, so she was waiting to pull over until there was more space for the officer to approach her vehicle, and then he has absolutely no concern for her life in return.

For the safety of the police officer making the stop, I have done the exact same thing as the lady in this video, and would think that the police would appreciate it, not make you wreck.

How does a police officer think it’s OK to use the PIT maneuver on a car that he had only been following for a short time, while the driver made every indication that she was pulling over. From the choppy audio, Cpl. Rodney Dunn seems to say that he followed the lady for 1.5 miles before ramming her car and making it flip.

Just listen to the dickface talking to the lady. He KNEW from the second the lady crashed that he was completely fucked, and deservedly so!

This lady has already filed a lawsuit, and she deserves to win and get a HUGE payout from the Arkansas State Police, and maybe even Cpl. Rodney Dunn. What a total dickhead!
