A Dunkin’ Donuts employee who hates the police wrote #blacklivesmatter on a police officer’s coffee cup, and apparently there will be no punnishment for the turd who wrote it, making it seem that the Dunkin’ Donuts company is anti-police as well.
Dunkin’ Donuts say they have apologized, but I think that the Dunkin’ Donuts company and the franchise owner is going to be in big trouble after not punishing the rude, anti-police, piece of shit employee who wrote #blacklivesmatter on the officer’s coffee cup, knowing full well that writing that bullshit on a police officer’s cup is the same as a hate crime.
After the incident was posted on social media, Dunkin’ Donuts say that “The franchise owner has apologized to the police officer on behalf of Dunkin’ Donuts, and he has counseled the employee about her behavior.”
COUNSELED ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR?? Whatever! This stupid fucking bitch knew exactly what she was doing when she wrote that idiotic hashtag on the cup, and she deserves to be fired on the spot. If I was a cop in the area, I would not be in any hurry to protect Dunkin’ Donuts, who obviously have no respect for law enforcement officers. This means that all of the customers who go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Atwells Avenue in Providence are in danger, and might want to find a different location to get their coffee and donuts.
Dunkin’ Donuts is apologizing after one of its employees scrawled “#blacklivesmatter” on a coffee cup meant for a police officer.
The incident happened Friday afternoon at a Providence, Rhode Island location. According to a Providence police union, the officer was buying a coffee and the employee serving him seemed “somewhat rude and appeared as though they did not want to serve the officer.”
Upon closer inspection, the officer noticed the employee had written #blacklivesmatter on his coffee.
The police union was not happy about the employee’s message.
“The negativity displayed by the #Blacklivesmatter organization towards police across this nation is creating a hostile environment that is not resolving any problems or issues, but making it worse for our communities,” The Executive Board of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #3 said in a statement. “They are doing this by increasing tensions amongst police and the people they serve.”
Dunkin’ Donuts acknowledged the situation in Providence and issued a statement with an apology.
“Dunkin’ Donuts and our franchisees share a commitment to the well-being and fair treatment of all our guests,” the statement read. “The franchise owner has apologized to the police officer on behalf of Dunkin’ Donuts, and he has counseled the employee about her behavior.”
