Defacing posters of anyone, no matter how stupid, is never a hate crime – IT IS PROTECTED FIRST AMENDMENT SPEECH!
In fact, I personally think that it’s a good thing that these posters were not allowed to stay untouched, and believe that Americans have a right to respond to the bullshit crammed down their throats.

Personally, I have not seen an mage of one of the defaced posters, so I’m starting to think that this was just another leftist hoax for attention from the leftist shit-eating Fake News media. Until I see pictures of the defaced posters, I will continue to think this is another Democrat hoax.
If the story ends up being real, and anyone should be charged with a hate crime, it should be whoever hung up the triggering posters of an anti-American cuntbag in the subway system, which thousands of people are forced to look at everyday while going about their daily lives.
AND IF someone is actually charged with a hate crime for drawing mustaches on posters, then there are a LOT of Democrat criminals who commit hate crimes against President Trump everyday.
I bet there are far more people who are disgusted by pictures of Megan RavingHo, than people who enjoy seeing them – and majority rules.
If I saw a poster of that disgusting anti-American skank, I would probably use the radical leftist tactic of tearing the fuck out of the poster. Except I would throw it in the trash, where it belongs – unlike the fake environmentalist liberals who routinely litter and throw their shit on the ground. (Just look at any area after a Democrat rally of any type, and you’ll see that they have completely trashed the area, and none of the disgusting fuckers know how to use a trash can.)
I would bet any amount of money that anyone target for hate crimes for drawing on a poster of some brainless blue-haired skank troll will not face any punishment for accessing their constitutional first amendment rights.
Megan Rapinoe and the rest of the World Cup-winning U.S. Women’s Soccer team were honored in New York City Wednesday in a ticker tape parade culminating in a ceremony in front of City Hall. A couple of days before the big celebration, the New York Police Department’s Hate Crime Task Force started a hate crime investigation related to posters featuring Rapinoe, who is openly gay and emphatically anti-Trump.
“The New York Police Department’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating after posters of USA soccer star Megan Rapinoe were vandalized in a subway station,” CNN reported Wednesday. “Eight posters featuring Rapinoe in her US Women’s National Team jersey included homophobic and defamatory slurs along with the phrase ‘screw this h–,’ the NYPD told CNN.”
“Hate has no place in the transit system and we work hard to make the subway a welcoming, safe environment for everyone,” said MTA Deputy Communications Director Shams Tarek in a statement reported by CNN.
Authorities say the vandalism of the Rapinoe posters was first reported early Monday morning at the West 42nd Street subway station. Some of the vandalized posters were cleaned off, while others were replaced with new posters, Tarek said.
CNN notes that Rapinoe, who was the MVP of the tournament, was given special honor during the celebration Wednesday, walking out last holding the World Cup to raucous applause.
Rapinoe has emphatically presented herself as part of the “resistance” against President Trump, describing herself as a “walking protest” of his administration because of her identity as an openly gay woman. She was the first high-profile women’s soccer player to join former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick in protesting the national anthem and has continued her anthem protest by refusing to put her hand over her heart after U.S soccer forbid players to kneel, an act she called an “F you” to Trump.
