The Democrats thought they would try and kill 2 birds with 1 stone with their new bullshit Trump / Ukraine scandal conspiracy theory.

Democrats REALLY don’t want Joe Biden to be their nominee for President in 2020, and the Democrats also want to have some reason why they can continue their wall-to-wall attempts to destroy President Trump and any other conservatives who dare let their political beliefs be known.

1. It appears that an American spy in one of our intelligence agencies may have been spying on our own president. The complaint suggests that this intel agent was secretly listening in on Trump’s conversation with a foreign leader. Was this person officially asked to listen to the conversation or was he or she secretly listening in? We don’t know.
2. This agent, who is an unelected and inferior federal employee in the government hierarchy, apparently believes that it is his/her job to second-guess the motivation behind the words of the elected president, who is the most superior officer in the U.S. government.
3. Article II of the Constitution gives the president sweeping power to conduct foreign affairs, negotiate with leaders of other nations, make demands or offer promises. The Constitution does not grant the power of review, approval or disapproval to spies or other unelected officials in the executive branch.
4. The ICWPA law defines the parameters of an “urgent concern” complaint as an abuse or violation of law “relating to the funding, administration, or operations of an intelligence activity involving classified information, but does not include differences of opinions concerning public policy matters.” The president’s conversation with a foreign leader does not seem to fall under this whistleblower definition.
5. It appears the acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) agrees with this assessment. His agency’s general counsel wrote a letter stating the complaint did not meet the ICWPA definition because it involved conduct “from someone outside the intel community and did not relate to intelligence activity”, according to a report by Fox News. This is why the DNI refused to forward the complaint to congress.

This info about the corruption in the Biden and Kerry families isn’t new. It’s been out in the open for a long time, and we even did a couple stories on the Biden / China / Ukraine corruption back in May of this year.

What better way to get rid of Biden and Trump by planting a bullshit story about President Trump working with Ukraine to try and influence the 2020 election, when the Democrats know that President Trump and the Republicans would immediately call attention to the crimes of Joe Biden and his son – which they did.

The problem is that President Trump has constitutional authority to negotiate with foreign leaders for almost anything that he wishes. An American President can threaten, promise, and bargain for the American People, and there isn’t a damn thing that Congress can do about it – so this is just one more bullshit attack on President Trump, designed to remove a duly-elected US President from office, that blew up in the Democrat’s face – as all of the Democrats dumb-ass schemes always do.

So, either the Democrats did this intentionally, or the Democrats are the worst politicians ever, who fell into a trap and now are being forced to talk about the crimes of the Joe & Hunter Biden in order to keep their fake attacks on Trump alive.

The American People are MUCH smarter than the Democrat idiots give us credit for, and we will not go for the bullshit they sling to coverup their crimes.
