Minnesota federal magistrate judge Zia Faruqui is refusing to sign the Department of Justice’s complaint bringing charges against Don Lemon for his involvement in the terrorist attack on The Cities Christian church in Minnesota. The DOJ needs to IMMEDIATELY seek a grand jury indictment of domestic terrorist Don Lemon, which doesn’t require magistrate approval.

Even if a magistrate refuses to sign off on a warrant, federal agents (like the FBI) can make an arrest without a warrant, if they have probable cause to believe a felony has been committed. This is authorized under statutes like 18 U.S.C. § 3052.
Don Lemon is a domestic terrorist and Zia Faruqui is yet another FOREIGN BORN terrorist sympathizer who should NOT be in Government or the Judiciary!
