CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS SUCKS ASSHOLES!!!!! – STAY AWAY FROM CHARTER!!!

Anyone looking to get Internet service, do yourself a favor and stay away from Charter Communications, because the shitty company is run by dickheads who don’t know how to take care of their customers.

These dickheads disconnect business accounts with no notice, and instead of disconnecting them using their software so the service could be restored, they go out to the location and pull wires. This requires a tech go back out to the location and physically re-connect wires to the building, except their shitty support department cannot get it done for between 3-5 days!

3-5 days?? What kind of bush-league bullshit is that? You’d think that Charter is being supported

You would think that when you sign up for a business service that they would do everything they can to keep the service up, and if it needs to be taken down, do so in a way that can be easily and quickly undone.

Any businesses that are looking for Internet service should look into other services besides Charter, like AT&T U-verse, or other available services, but if you sign up with Charter, mark my words, you will be screwed over and unhappy more often than not.

I say it again – FUCK CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS! I FUCKING HATE YOU!
