A new report from the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) shows that 90% of Obama’s so-called “stimulus” money, that was supposed to be spent on the Democrat’s Diesel Reduction Program, was misspent and wasted, due to “significant financial management issues”.

Anyone who doesn’t have their heads up their own asses could tell you that Democrats have “significant financial management issues”, as they have shown time and time again that they have no clue how to handle money, and team Obama has wasted $ billions if not $ trillions.

The brainless Democrats think that the American Taxpayer will keep sending them free money to waste, so if Democrats have $1 to spend, you can bet the bank that brainless liberal idiots will try and spend $5.
