The Army has found that Sergeant Bergdahl deserted his post in wartime, which is a crime punishable by death. The Obama administration is still working hard to sweep it all under the rug, to try and protect Obama and the Democrats from angry Americans.

(c) Any person found guilty of desertion or attempt to desert shall be punished, if the offense is committed in time of war, by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct, but if the desertion or attempt to desert occurs at any other time, by such punishment, other than death, as a court-martial may direct.

The truth is that Bergdahl didn’t just leave his post this one time. In fact Bergdahl deserted his post multiple times, and very possibly even helped the terrorists, for which he should be punished severely.

Back when the Bergdahl scandal broke, Obama even tried saying that Republicans were just trying to smear Sergeant Bergdahl, in an attempt to further hurt the his administration, by claiming Bergdahl was a deserter, which would call into question the Obama administration’s decision …
