Kid Rock surprised Dan, his “Number One Fan”, who was born with Downs Syndrome, by showing up to his birthday party, where he gave Dan a cake, some presents, and actually sung Happy Birthday to him.

Just last month, Kid Rock and Dan hung out again and went to a Pistons game. It was Dan’s first NBA game, and he was able to do it in style thanks to the kindness of Kid Rock.

Amazing stuff! It’s nice to see/read some good stories that make you feel good once in a while, instead of all of the crap we have had to deal with lately that just tears you down.
