PA 1st Congressional Candidate, Scott Wallace, seems to have a big problem with police officers, and appears to have been caught on a newly-released audio clip saying that “dogs are smarter than police officers”.

That’s pretty shocking, sad and just plain stupid – and even more disgusting and wrong coming from someone actually running for public office in Pennsylvania’s 1st congressional district.

The clip is not very long, and only includes the one statement with no surrounding context, but… the voice on the recording clearly says “The bad news is, dogs are smarter than police officers”, so… if true, and it is Wallace’s voice on the tape, no matter what the situation, or assumption of privacy he may have had at the time, unless he was reading someone else’s words, which I doubt, I think he is disqualified and immediately should drop out of the race.
