All 57 NY Emergency Response Team Police Officers Resign Following Suspension of Innocent Officer After Man Falls
All 57 members of a NY Police Emergency Response Team have resigned to protest the disciplined officers accused of pushing a man, who fell and hit his head on the pavement, and had to go to the hospital for treatment.
I agree that the man shouldn’t have ended up on the ground, bleeding from his head, but the involved officer(s) definitely shouldn’t be suspended or fired.
The dumb ass shouldn’t have walked up on the Police like a hard-ass, while 50 or more officers were already walking towards him in a large group – especially when the man obviously has such horrible balance that he probably falls all the time.. Maybe he should’ve had a walker or something to make him more stable.
Seriously, after watching the video many times, it appears that the police officer barely pushes the man.
