Kid Rock is awesome! I have always liked Kid Rock and his music, but I just gained a whole new respect for him after reading this great story!

Kid Rock surprised Dan, his “Number One Fan”, who was born with Downs Syndrome, by showing up to his birthday party, where he gave Dan a cake, some presents, and actually sung Happy Birthday to him.

Just last month, Kid Rock and Dan hung out again and went to a Pistons game. It was Dan’s first NBA game, and he was able to do it in style thanks to the kindness of Kid Rock.

Amazing stuff! It’s nice to see/read some good stories that make you feel good once in a while, instead of all of the crap we have had to deal with lately that just tears you down.

Thanks to Kid Rock for being such a kind and caring Badass!

Kid Rock has been known to be one of the “tougher” guys in music. He has a mind of his own, and he has never been afraid to speak up about what he believes.

To some people this makes Kid Rock seem like he is a heartless jerk. That isn’t the case here though, just because he isn’t afraid to stick up for himself and others doesn’t mean that he is the bad guy. We’ve actually been finding out that he has a really BIG heart, and will do anything for his fans. Especially Dan, who is a die hard Kid Rock fan.

Many fans hate on Rock for his rough and tough demeanor, but he made this fan feel so special, and it’s amazing! Dan was born with Downs syndrome and is HUGE Pistons fan and Rock made his dream come true by taking him to his first NBA game. The two attended the game on February 28, 2016 and they had a blast. Rock even shared how thankful he was for their time together.

This wasn’t the first time that Kid Rock and Dan have hung out though. The two met at Dan’s 30th birthday where Rock surprised him at Clarkston Union restaurant. I couldn’t believe this when I saw it. This truly shows how great and selfless of a guy that Kid Rock really is. My mind is blown at the kindness and generosity he has shown to Dan and his family.

It’s heartbreaking that most people would treat Dan any different than others. It’s great to see Kid Rock treat him with respect and love just as he would any other fan.
