‘MUCH DEEPER TROUBLE’: The federal search of the Washington home of Rep. Ilhan Omar suggests investigators have evidence beyond the usual threshold for a warrant and could ultimately lead to her deportation, Alan Dershowitz told NEWSMAX.

Dershowitz, a Harvard Law School professor emeritus, made the case on "The Record With Greta Van Susteren." "I think she’s in much, much deeper trouble than she is willing to admit," he said of Omar.

Agents with U.S. Homeland Security Investigations searched Omar’s home before dawn Oct. 12 under a sealed warrant listing conspiracy, false statements on immigration paperwork, and immigration fraud as potential crimes.
