Dirty Cops Need To Be Removed & Prosecuted For Their Crimes!

I know this is old, but it still pisses me off! Watch the way that the so-called “police officer” in the white shirt bends ATF agent James Burk’s wrist when he’s on top of him. The dirty “officer” not only bent Burk’s wrist in a manner that is VERY painful, but he also put all of his weight into what amounts to the crime of assault. I’m glad that they were sued and lost!

Some people say that he “resisted arrest” but that is not true. He just didn’t lay on the ground, for no reason, when asked. The shitty fake “officers” are the ones that abused their power to feel like a real man. The people saying ““nobody is above the law” are right, and the police officers and department quickly found out that the phrase definitely applies to them.

The incompetence and crimes of these two “police officers” ended up costing the Columbus tax payers $1.8 million dollars in Nov 2024, yet they are still on the police force to continue abusing citizens. Dirty “police officers” like that shitty cop need to be weeded out and sentenced for their crimes!

ATF agent (James Burk) sued the City of Columbus and its officers for excessive force and unlawful detention after the 2020 incident.

A federal jury awarded him $1.6 million in Nov 2024. The city settled for $1.8 million in Feb 2025 to cover the verdict plus

This one of those videos that really make local PD look bad. The first officer arrived on the scene and immediately drew his firearm and started demanding the ATF officer to get on the ground.

Never gave him a chance to show his credentials, treated him like a criminal with zero chance to prove his innocence. clearly in the video it is seen he had his hands up with his paperwork in his hand. There was no need to demand on the ground and not give him a chance to identify himself.

They arrested him, put him in the back of a squad car and continued to mock him until they made contact with his supervisor.

This ended in a huge lawsuit that cost the tax payers of Columbus 1.6 million dollars over two incompetent cops that believe or not as of 2025 are still on the force doing God knows what other damage.
