Adidas Trying to Steal Legally Trademarked Name From Church

Sports Apparel Giant Adidas has been pushing their weight around, and not in a good way.

Adidas seems to be trying to steal the legally trademarked name “Add a Zero” from the small Illinois church that registered the trademark, because Adidas thinks the trademarked term “Add a Zero” would be good for marketing a new line of sports clothes and equipment called ‘adizero’.

What kind of scumbags would pay an athlete millions of dollars per year to endorse their products, but then turns around and tries to steal a legally trademarked name from a church no less, which the Adidas company wants to use for its own marketing?

Asics are better shoes anyway.

Like the Biblical tale of David and Goliath, a small Chicago-area church is taking on sporting goods behemoth Adidas over the use of a trademarked marketing phrase “Add a Zero.”
