Rizzo, after being arrested for aggravated assault with a gun in 2010, domestic battery for allegedly trying to strangle his girlfriend in 2011, and a charge of child endangerment, which collectively would have landed any average Chicago citizen in jail for many years.

Why have Chicago prosecutors let this officer off the hook for the very serious crimes he was arrested for?
