Federal Judge Says Obama’s NSA Spy Program Violates Fourth Amendment – Most Likely Unconstitutional

A federal Judge has ruled that Obama’s NSA Spy Program, that collects billions of phone records every day, does violate the Fourth Amendment.

Of course the criminal and corrupt Obama administration will appeal the ruling that Obama’s NSA Spying Program violates the Fourth Amendment, and as we have all said from the minute we found out about it, is most likely unconstitutional.

Who in the Obama administration will be held accountable for breaking the law billions of times a day, and how will we know when the corrupt Obama administration stops their unconstitutional spying on Americans?

A federal judge ruled Monday that the National Security Agency program which collects information on nearly all telephone calls made to, from or within the United States is likely unconstitutional.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon found that the program appears to violate the Fourth Amendment ban on unreasonable searches and seizures. He also said the Justice Department had failed to demonstrate that collecting the information had helped to head
