Halfwitted GA Legislator Earnest Smith Wants to Make Photoshopping Images Illegal

An Augusta-based legislator, Rep. Earnest Smith, must not have a grip on the First Amendment or reality, and says that he wants to make Photoshopping an image illegal.

Apparently, a blogger Photoshopped his head onto the body of a porn star, and the thin-skinned Rep’s feelings must have been hurt.. Boo-Hoo you pussy! Go cry to someone who cares.

So now that his mentally-challenged jackass Rep. was made fun of, he thinks that “No one has a right to make fun of anyone.”, and that making fun of someone isn’t protected Free Speech.

Really?? Are you sure about that??

The truth is that people make fun of other people all day, every day. There are entire shows on TV that revolve around making fun of people.

Obama Lies – Accuses Romney of ‘False Attack’ for Accurately Quoting Obama’s “you didn’t build that” Statement

Obama is lying again – (shocker!) but this time the Obama administration is lying through their teeth when they try and defend Obama’s feelings that the government is responsible for the success of private businesses.

The Obama administration lied when trying to make the case that Mitt Romney was misquoting Obama, but Romney quoted Obama accurately and word for word – repeating the shocking statement that Obama actually DID make.

“If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.”

The White House transcript backs up Romney, and shows Obama for what he is – A Complete Liar, who do and say anything to be re-elected.
