It is quite disgusting how the family of Michael Brown is using their dead son to make money selling t-shirts and trinkets – actually physically attacking each other over the rights to make money off Mike’s death.

Michael Brown’s mother, Lesley McSpadden may even be charged with felony armed robbery after the violent October 18 ransacking and theft at a Ferguson tent, where other Brown family members were selling Michael Brown merchandise. After reading the police report, I personally believe that Lesley McSpadden needs to answer for her crimes, and be held accountable.

In the violent attack more than $1500 in merchandise and $400 in cash was allegedly stolen from Mike Brown’s grandmother by Brown’s mother and others. No wonder where her son learned how to be a strong-arm criminal, who didn’t fall far from the tree.

Now the family of Michael Brown are going to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland to try and push the lie that the killing of their son was not justified, and that racial profiling and police brutality were the causes of Mike’s death. Which it was not.

We are ready to take our case before the global community. In the absence of justice from the local, state, and federal government, the family of Michael Brown and Ferguson protesters are ready to take our case before the global community. We have submitted a brief to the United Nations (UN), and we will formally present it on November 12th and 13th in Geneva, Switzerland. The goal is not only to achieve justice in Ferguson, but to unite governments around the world against the human rights violations that result from racial profiling and police violence.

They have probably seen and heard the same reports and leaks that we have, and know that Officer Wilson will not be charged, so why not go to Geneva and spread lies about our police and legal system, and the reason for their son’s death.

I haven’t seen an official report, but if the Grand Jury leaks are true, the truth is that a huge man, who had just committed a strong-arm robbery a few minutes earlier, attacked a police officer in his vehicle and tried and take his gun. Brown was shot once or twice while attacking Officer Wilson in his vehicle, which can be proved by the blood evidence that was apparently found in the officer’s vehicle.

The autopsy also proves that Mike Brown did not have his hands up when he was shot.

The people on the Brown side of the case will never be satisfied with the truth because there are so many lies swirling around from people who have no clue. My guess is that Officer Wilson will not be charged, and the violent thug criminals will invade Ferguson and surrounding areas once again – leading to more looting and crime in the name of “Justice” for Mike.
