Hillary Clinton Belongs In Prison for Conspiracy To Conceal Documents From Government

The Hillary Clinton email scandal not only disqualifies herself from being president or holding other public office, but Hillary also opened herself up to prison time, (three years in jail per document) for concealing documents from the government by keeping them in her own personal mail server, located in her home.

Hillary Clinton didn’t just use one personal email account while secretary of state, she possibly used 20-30.

Hillary Clinton should be put away in a prison cell for the rest of her life, at 3 years per document, but in reality, there is no way in hell that anything will be found that will send her to prison, because Clinton’s people are currently scrubbing the server, erasing all documents that could be used against her, which was the entire purpose for running her own mail server.

Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said Thursday on “America’s Newsroom” that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is potentially facing prison time for hiding documents from government computers.

“So you feel that she faces potentially two criminal investigations?” asked host Martha MacCallum.

“Yes,” he agreed. “This is beyond extraordinary and beyond dangerous. This is potentially criminal.”

Naplitano compared Clinton to General David Petraeus: “The general agreed to plead guilty for keeping classified secrets in a non-secure, non-government-approved venue — in the general’s case, a desk drawer in his home. In Mrs Clinton’s case, the server in her home, non-government secured and non-government approved, classified secrets there, that is a misdemeanor.”

MacCallum noted that Petraeus got a reasonable settlement from the prosecution because the leaked information didn’t cause any harm. “We don’t know whether or not possession of anything Hillary had caused harm. Of course, the Benghazi issue will be raised there.”

“We do know she must have had classified secrets,” Napolitano insisted. “She as the secretary of state — there are four levels of security clearances. She and the president and General Petraeus and the secretary of defense, people of that nature have the highest level.”

“But the other problem that she faces is far more serious, and that is a conspiracy to deflect documents, to conceal documents from government computers by keeping them from the government computers,” he said. “That exposes her to three years in jail, per document. And a conviction also exposes her to disqualification from holding office in the future, under the United States of America.”
