Watching the Zimmerman Trial live, it is unbelievably hard to understand why George Zimmerman was charged with 2nd Degree Murder, based on the evidence.

The Prosecution’s witnesses have not only harmed the weak to non-existent case of the prosecution, but they have helped show that George Zimmerman was not the aggressor.

One prosecution witness even said that Trayvon Martin was on top of George Zimmerman in a “Ground and Pound” position, straddling Zimmerman and throwing down punches on Zimmerman, and that the back of Zimmerman’s clothes were much more wet than the front, and covered in grass, which goes to show that George Zimmerman was on his back during the altercation while being brutally attacked by Trayvon Martin.

All of the evidence we have seen so far shows us that Trayvon Martin was the aggressor, and the fact is that, George Zimmerman sustained far more serious injuries during the altercation, other than the gunshot wound in Trayvon Martin’s chest which ended the fight.

It is very easy to see that this case was not brought against Zimmerman because of the evidence they had against him. This weak murder case has only moved forward because of the uproar in the Black Community, and pressure applied by Race Baiters like Al Sharpton, and members of the Racist Congressional Black Caucus.

On a side-note, it is also unbelievable how many absolutely irrelevant and stupid questions that the lawyers on both sides (especially the prosecution) ask each of the witnesses!
