Roger Goodell is a stupid piece of shit who has completely ruined the sport of professional football.
Brainless dumb-fuck Roger Goodell says that NFL fans must have an “understanding” about the anti-American NFL players who wish to show their hatred of America by sitting/kneeling during the national anthem.
“We have to understand there are people with different viewpoints. The national anthem is a special moment to me. It’s a point of pride. That is a really important moment. But we also have to understand the other side. People do have rights and we want to respect those.”
Yes, people DO have rights, and one of these rights may be to show hatred for America, as Colin Kaepernick and some other stupid racist asshole NFL players have made very apparent, but it is also my right to spend my money on things that are aligned with my moral compass, which the NFL certainly is not.
We may have to put up with with news regarding the anti-American NFL and it’s employees, but the NFL and it’s racist players also have to put up with our rights as well, which means that Kaepernick will have to deal with the consequences of his racist anti-American words and actions, which in Kaepernick’s case means that he will most likely never again play in the NFL.
So, Goodell can continue allowing NFL players to show their hatred of the United States on the football field, in front of millions of Americans, and there is not one fucking thing that Goodell or any other NFL douchebag losers can say or do to make me spend one more penny on such a shitty America-hating organization like the NFL.
Roger Goodell and the entire NFL can go fuck themselves to death!
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell used an appearance at a fan forum organized by the Arizona Cardinals, to plead for fans to have “understanding” when it comes to NFL protestors and their “different viewpoints.”
According to Mike Jurecki of 98.7 in Arizona, Goodell said, “We have to understand there are people with different viewpoints. The national anthem is a special moment to me. It’s a point of pride. That is a really important moment. But we also have to understand the other side. People do have rights and we want to respect those.”
While Goodell might want fans to be understanding of protesting players, fans might not be quite so understanding. According to a recent J.D. Power survey, a majority of respondents who had reported watching less football, listed last year’s anthem protest as the chief reason why they stopped watching the game.
Nor has Colin Kaepernick’s absence from the league, led to an absence of protesting. The Seahawks Michael Bennett and the Raiders Marshawn Lynch both sat on the bench in protest during week one of the preseason. With NFL anthem protesting continuing, and a pro-Kaepernick rally scheduled to take place in front of NFL offices in two weeks.
