Chik-fil-A Wipes the Floor With McDonald’s In Customer Satisfaction Survey & Food Taste

McDonald’s obvious move to the far left, with the hiring of Obama’s previous in-house liar, piece of shit loser Robert Gibbs, as Exec VP and Global Chief Communications Officer has not helped the failing McDonald’s Corporation one bit!

In fact, in conjunction with McDonald’s liberal shift, the one-time fat food giant continues it’s freefall into the basement depths of the fast food industry, with the quality of the food dropping, and customer satisfaction near an all-time low. I don’t think that McDonald’s can survive much longer at the pace their nosedive is on.

Chik-fil-A, on the other hand, is doing great, and leads just every other fast food chain in customer satisfaction and probably overall food quality, and is in fact wiping the floor with lowly MdDonald’s.

I personally eat Chik-fil-A at least once a week, usually on Saturday when it’s so busy that it’s almost hard to find a seat, but I have not eaten at McDonald’s since their hiring of Robert Gibbs, and I will continue to make choices, other than McDonald’s, when fast food is on the menu, and I urge all good conservatives to bypass McDonald’s as well.

A survey of American fast food patrons puts Chik-fil-A on top and McDonald’s on the bottom.

Once the center of nationwide controversy and boycotting by progressive activists over its founder’s personal position on same-sex marriage, the chicken sandwich hotspot made its first appearance on the American Customer Satisfaction Index poll of fast food eaters and came out with a chart-topping score of 86. Second on the list this year was another first-timer in the “Limited Service” category, Chipolte, which scored an 83 in overall customer satisfaction.

Rounding out the top five were Panera Bread with a score of 80, Dunkin Donuts with a score of 78 and Pizza Hut also with a score of 78.

At the bottom of the list? McDonald’s with a score of 67. The Golden Arches fell just below Jack in the Box and Burger King.

“The fast casual segment of quick service restaurants is nicely situated for the confluence of changing consumer tastes and a rebounding economy,” says ACSI Director David VanAmburg. “Consumers have a bit more money in their pockets, but are still pressed for time. Fast casual outlets offer higher-quality ingredients, freshness and fast service – all at a reasonable price.”

Pizza chains in particular are struggling to keep up with changing consumer demands. While Pizza Hut finished in the top five named restaurants, it fell along with all other pizza chains in over all satisfaction.
