Baltimore Businesses to Sue City & Mayors for Failing to Protect Their Businesses By Allowing Riots

Stupid and worthless former Baltimore mayor, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, admitted after the 2015 riots in the city, that she had made sure “that the protesters were able to exercise their right to free speech” and also said that they “gave those who wished to destroy space to do that as well”.

“I’ve made it very clear that I work with the police and instructed them to do everything that they could to make sure that the protesters were able to exercise their right to free speech. It’s a very delicate balancing act, because while we tried to make sure that they were protected from the cars and the other things that were going on, we also gave those who wished to destroy space to do that as well.” – Brainless former Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake

Now the businesses owners in Baltimore whose businesses were affected/destroyed by their city officials unbelievably stupid decision to allow the destruction of their businesses and the city are filing a lawsuit against Baltimore, former mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, and current Baltimore mayor Catherine Pugh.

We hope that the city of Baltimore and their officials named in the lawsuit are held accountable for their actions, which are almost to the point of being criminal.

The idiotic Democrat losers who run the city of Baltimore need to be held accountable for their typical libtard stupidness, and we hope they are forced to pay many $millions to the businesses that were looted, burned, and damaged in the Baltimore mayor-allowed riots.

Following the death of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray while in police custody, the riots in Baltimore that ensued left businesses looted and destroyed. Worse, police were ordered to stand down while all rioting and destruction occurred.

Now, dozens of businesses are striking back at the city by filing a lawsuit over the loss of their business — something they lay squarely at the feet of Baltimore’s government, WJZ reported.

Former mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake as well as current mayor Catherine Pugh are both named in the suit. Rawlings was the mayor at the time of the riots, and was widely criticized for her horrendous response to the riots.

“We also gave those who wished to destroy space to do that as well,” she said in the aftermath of the attack, leading to widespread outrage among store owners who lost everything.

“The City failed them when they adopted a policy of restraint and issued stand-down orders, caring more about the public perception that they feared would result with increased police presence than preventing what were clearly preventable riots,” the lawyer for the businesses suing the city said.
