AIDS Healthcare Foundation Attacks Dating Apps Instead of Real Problem – Gay Hook-Up Culture

This is fucking funny! The dumbfucks at the “AIDS Healthcare Foundation” are putting up billboards attacking dating apps, like Tinder and Grindr, because they say that the apps are used for people who just want to have sex, and they also seem to claim that using these dating apps makes you more susceptible to STD’s, like chlamydia and gonorrhea.

AIDS Healthcare Foundation Attacks Dating Apps Instead of Real Problem – Gay Hook-Up Culture

What a total joke! Just because there are some dirty-ass people out there, who apparently don’t care if they get STD’s, doesn’t mean that here is a problem with the dating apps. It means there are problems with the people using the apps, who apparently are more focused and interested in having sex with strangers, rather than protecting their health and lives.

Take the gays for example. Gay people, (mostly guys) will routinely have sex with someone within 5 minutes of meeting them, and that is not the app’s problem, it is part of the gay culture. If gay people weren’t hooking up through an app, they would do it at a bar, or in a chat room, or however else gay people find each other.

The real problem, and something that the idiots at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation don’t thing through, is that AIDS is mainly spread through gay dudes out there, who stick their dicks in other guys asses. Period. End of story.

If the people who get AIDS, chlamydia and gonorrhea had the common sense enough to wear protection, or make the other person wear protection, then they’d have a FAR less risk of being infected.

So, once again – The problem affecting the rate of STD’s is not caused by the apps. The real problem is the group of brainless idiots out there who practice a hook-up-only dating life, and don’t care what diseases they spread, as long as they can bump uglies with a stranger.

A new billboard has lots of folks in Los Angeles buzzing about sex, safe sex, online hookups and apps.

The AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is taking the popular online dating apps Tinder and Grindr to task — suggesting their users are more susceptible to STD’s like chlamydia and gonorrhea.

One of the billboard’s is strategically placed — KCAL9’s Jennifer Kastner said the billboard is a few blocks from Tinder’s Beverly Boulevard headquarters.

Tinder could hardly miss the sign. The billboards are also accusing the sites of promoting a hook up culture.

“I saw it and I was like yep, that’s what it is now,” says Rachel Cross who said she was an early Tinder user.

“Tinder’s great for meeting people that just want to have sex,” said a man name Nick.

Tinder is reportedly fighting back. They allegedly sent a cease and desist letter to the AHF.

West Hollywood’s John Demille was diagnosed with AIDS several years ago.

“I live with AIDS,” he says.

Demille is all in favor of the billboards.

“I think the AIDS Healthcare Foundation has to do what they have to do to keep all young people safe that are doing these new apps now,” Demille said.

The foundation claims more people are getting STDs because more people are using these apps — the senior director even saying they make casual sex as easy as ordering a pizza.

“Some of the people that message me don’t want to be safe,” says Grindr user Brandon Wild, “but that’s in me to be safe.”

Kastner reached out to both Tinder and Grindr for an official response, but has not heard back.
